How do I monitor comments?
Comment moderation is easy to manage in the admin section of your SquareOffs account. You can see pending, approved, removed, and all comments. Use your settings to manage any potentially inappropriate comments and send them to a pending queue, where you can then approve or remove them.
What are blacklists?
Blacklists allow you to set words which automatically flag comments as inappropriate and send them to the Pending queue. Curse word blacklists are turned on by default in your settings. You can customize the blacklisted words with hot button phrases, etc. that are specific to your brand.
What if readers start trolling my comment section?
This doesn't happen too often, however, SquareOffs allows you to own the conversation. If someone is derailing the conversation, and not making relevant contributions, you have the power to remove said comment. In addition, social monitoring will allow other users to flag comments as inappropriate, so comments are moved to a pending queue to be approved or disapproved by the publisher.
Can I extend the time period of a SquareOff?
If a SquareOff is doing particularly well, and the time period is coming to an end, simply navigate to the SquareOffs table, click on the SquareOff that you'd like to edit, click on "Edit" in the top right corner and extend the SquareOff duration.
How do I edit my SquareOff?
If your SquareOff has no votes yet, you can edit directly from the profile screen of your account. If it has already been distributed and you need to make changes, simply navigate to the SquareOffs table, click on the SquareOff that you'd like to edit, click on "Edit" in the top right corner to edit specific details.
How do I see which page people are interacting with most?
Click the statistics button on an individual SquareOff or group. From the statistics screen you can see individual URLs with page views on the right side.
What stats do I get with my SquareOffs?
Each account is provided with the statistics below. Enterprise clients can access further insights such as demographics.

How can I see total votes and comments?
Total vote and comment counts are displayed right on the SquareOff. Vote count will display on the top right of the SquareOff, and comment count displays per side, as well as the summary card of wide Feeds embeds.
Why aren’t my stats showing on a particular SquareOff?
If your SquareOff is only published within a Feed embed, navigate to Feeds in admin, and check the stats of the Feed in which the SquareOff is displayed.
I'd like to moderate all comments ...
If you are especially worried about user comments harming your brand, it may be useful to implement active comment moderation by checking the "All Comments" box in your Settings under the Comment Moderation section. This would require someone on your team to manually approve or disapprove each comment posted to your SquareOff. You can also set social flagging to 1 flag, to keep a close eye without having to approve each comment individually.
