If your SquareOff is only published within a Feed embed, navigate to Feeds in admin, and check the stats of the Feed in which the SquareOff is displayed.

Missing stats on one SquareOff usually means it only runs inside a Feed embed. Open Feeds in admin and check the stats for that Feed instead.
